Welcome to GoalQuest Soccer LLC. Terms of Use agreement. For purposes of this agreement,  “Card” refers to the Company’s Player Club Pass. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “Club” refers to GoalQuest Soccer LLC. “You” refers to you, as the player on the Player Club Pass. 

 

The following Terms of Use apply for when and how you use the card.  

 

Please review the following terms carefully. By taking the card and signing, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety, you may not have access to the card. 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 

The Club respects the privacy of its members, and chooses to keep this between You and the Club. The Club will abide by it's own privacy policy located here.

 

ABOUT THE Card

 

The Card allows You to play in NJ sanctioned League matches. It also allows you to play in NJ sanctioned tournaments. The card helps to identify You to a; 1. Birth year, and 2. Club Team. Out of area tournaments must be approved by New Jersey Youth Soccer before the card can be used outside of NJ.

 

 

USE RESTRICTIONS

 

Your permission to use the card  is conditioned upon the following use: 

You agree that you will:

Use the card for soccer tournament uses only; 

You must get explicit permission to use the card by first providing proper notice to the Club (3 day)

Use of the card cannot be in conflict with any of the Club matches/tournaments

Not to be used for games unless proper forms are signed (Secondary Permission form);

All debt to the Club is paid and your account is current

 

You acknowledge and agree that the Club retains ownership of the card. We reserve all rights that are not expressly granted to you under these Terms of Use.

 

USER CONSENT TO RECEIVE COMMUNICATIONS IN ELECTRONIC FORM

 

For contractual purposes, you: (a) consent to receive communications from us in an electronic form via the email address the Club has on file; and (b) agree that all Terms of Use, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if it were in writing. The foregoing does not affect your non-waivable rights.

 

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF USE, UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF USE, AND WILL BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE TERMS OF USE TOGETHER WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY REPRESENT THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US AND THAT IT SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
