PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
PAYMENT POLICY:
GoalQuest requires all camps and training sessions to be paid in full upon registration.
Registration to all camps and training sessions are done on-line and is required prior to the close of registration.
Refund Policy:
GoalQuest requires all requests for refunds to be submitted in writing 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp or training sessions.
Cancellation Policy for individual Players:
Players who cancel 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp or training sessions must submit a refund request less a $100 cost to cover cost incurred for the program.
Players who cancel after the start of the camp or training sessions will require a doctors notes. The amount of the refund will be less $100 plus a charge for each training session completed to the date of the request if the player attended the training sessions or not.
Cancellation Policy for team training:
Once team training starts there will be absolutely no refunds for cancellations.
**All refund requests are subject to review and approval by GoalQuest management. GoalQuest will make a determination and process any approved refunds and amount at the end of the camp or training sessions.
