Service Description

Clinics are interactive sessions that provide essential sport psychology skills and strategies to our GoalQuest players (i.e. mental toughness, team building, goal setting, emotional regulation, stress reduction, maintaining focus, confidence building, developing pre-game routines, etc.). They are tailored to develop the necessary skills you need to perform at your best in soccer and in life. Through discussion, activities, and lecture, you will be introduced to skills, provided the opportunity to practice the skills and provided with materials to help you transfer and use the skills on your own. Overall, the goal of the clinics is to provide our players with practical and usable strategies to improve their performances and gain the edge over the competition.
